It was my birthday last week so went off track but determined to get back this week.

I'm still motivated to keep trying despite very bumpy weekends. My thoughts are: this is not a short term solution but a long term lifestyle change therefore if I can keep on track and not put on weight on bad weeks then that is a bonus. If I don't feel deprived then I am more likely to succeed. I am not going to kick myself for indulging as long as I know that I have to get back straight on it afterward and eat less calories and do more exercise to make up for it.
