I didn't have the best first week of the challenge. But watch out next week. I will make up for week 1 and complete week 2 with a vengence.

You have already done so well before this challenge - keep up the good work. I just joined Fatsecret last week and lost 2 lbs so far. Would have done better but had a couple of BAD eating days !!!
