A podcast is kind of like a radio program only you can listen to it when you want on an iphone, or some other mp3 player or on the computer. You don't have to have a smart phone (although you would really love it) to do this challenge but you will need access to your computer. This is a link to the podcasts by Robert Ullery: http://www.ullreys.com/robert/... If this link doesn't work I will send it to your inbox, hope this helps.
