"Life has been way crazy this week with lots of activity, but unfortunately I did not make an intentional effort into a concentrated 30 minutes of ex. each day. Things should be a little calmer this week and I'm ready to make the effort to be good to myself and my body. I always feel so much better when I consistently exercise."
