The real satisfaction come from ourselves actually, and truthfully, when we do AWESOME.. then that will motivate us to do it longer and keep it up and also for us to help others feel that satisfaction.. i HOPE YOU will feel that satisfaction, it does help! walking for me is so painful since I have lupus and osteoporosis/arthritis, but mind over matter.. and we sure need to build our muscles around our bones to make the pain a bit more tolerable and to omit further damage... keep trying and let me know how ya doing ;) I did horrible this week, and my eating was awful.. but Im not going to let that get to me, Im just going to keep trying till I get it right!!

Hi Roe, This post so helpul, a fair amount of what you say - ditto, thanks for reminding me, especially when i have been slipping so badly i have not checked in on the progress of this challenge group, tried to ignore all of it including weight but thankfully never totally lost sight So here i am in fighting fettle as a scot would say, oops now i will have to remind myself what it means now. Anyway perhaps a bit more committment from me might help others, so lets go again. week four. hope i can count my dyas out for walking this week , as i have not been so lethargic and have done a lot of walking, other than that i have failed this week, though up for week four with much more positivity. i will try and check in on the wall throughout the week five Roe, until then lets hope the group have a successful week next week.
