Good start to this challenge. Worked out hard this week and stuck to the diet plan. Need to continue to work hard to meet this deadline. Dropped 5.8 pounds this week.

I joined this challenge and had a health issue with my seizure meds and could not be in the program till 3 days ago but i am looking at how people are doing and i just want to give you a big hug if i could for such a GREAT JOB...
