Week 1 of the challenge and i have lost 3lbs, really pleased, lets keep it up and keep up the exercise so far it has been 3,50 min sessions, this week. Slightly different duration than our directive but it worked for me this week.x

Week 2 of the challenge and i have actually lost 1.lb, bringing me to 185lbs, but for some reason it didn't register for week 2 so i had to enter my weight again today for week 2! My actual weigh in date for week 3 , will be recorded on Sunday 6th Feb, as with all my weigh ins every Sunday.
Not a bad loss considering i was on a monthly, which means water retention !! Still a loss is a loss as i say, so yay me!x

Week 3 of the challenge and i have lost another 2lbs!!! yaaaay! bringing me down to 183lbs/13st.1lb!! Come on the 12's, i want to be in the 12's next week!!!!! COME ON GIRL YOU CAN DO IT!! Aim - 180lbs/12st.12lbs
The weight in went a bit weird on week 2, data entry wise, but that should right itself for Sunday weigh in, week 4. I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks so far, really pleased with that, didn't do any exercise this week but will be right back on it next week 4,my eating was spot on and i don't feel deprived in anyway I'm loving it!!! xx

Week 4 of the challenge and i have done no exercise again this week, and to top it off my sister took me to Toby Calvery for a treat bad combination !! self serve and no work outs hence my weigh in result of + 2lbs this week taking me back a week to 185lbs/13st.3lbs, i no what i did i new the possible outcome and i no what i have to do to rectify the situation!
Get off my ass!!!! and no help your self restaurants! My mini challenge for myself is to loose this 2lbs i have acquire + another 1lb to get to 182lbs/13st dead and then it's onto the 12's!xx

Week 5 of the challenge and i have had a great week ,me and family have just completed our Sunday walkies, we like to call them ,lol, we did our first session last Sunday, and have bettered ourselves this Sunday as we were out for just over 2 and a 1/2 hours walking down our long canal, it really didn't feel like exercise because we were all enjoying the rowers going by the swans ducks and long boats that were out to, so it beat tredmill type sessions for me hands down! , i love workout that don't feel like workouts! Our baby loves it to because she gets to point at things and feed the ducks and swans then sit back in her pram and be pushed along! lucky her!! lol
I have lost 4lbs this weeks and am chuffed to bits with the loss as well as it now means that i am in the 12's now Yeeeeahh!!!!! sooo please, lost the 2 lbs from last week and a further 2 lbs lovely.
I am now 181 lbs/12st.13 lbs, and my first stone off since i first started the whole plan ,so as a first stone off treat my sister a manicurist did a full set of french manicured nails for me. Bring it on next week.xx

Week 6 of the challenge and slow and steady wins the race this week lol, I am 179 lbs /12st.11lbs ! Thats another 2 lbs off , not as exiting as last week but I am plenty happy with that as I am on this week and as you no lady loss can be tricky ! Have had liquorice sweet cravings this week so I had them and made sure I logged every sweet ! I am not denying myself of anything , I am being aware of my portions And calories , this is the key to ongoing success.Xx
Next mini goal is the 11's for me , here I come ! Xx

Week 7 of the challenge I have lost another 2lbs and am now Down to 177lbs/12st.9lbs , yes !!!.
I'm aiming for 12 &1/2 stone next week so that it will be my next 1/2 stone off ! Still have my sights firmly on the 11's though ! Loving it ! And all going in the right direction , will also continue my dancing around the house because it is fun and gets me moving; Every little helps!! , Is definitely working ,thanks Asda ! Lol

Week 8 ,2lbs up 179 lbs so I have sort of enjoyed my few crazy days , off the wagon , but will get back I'm the saddle so to speak come Monday ! That 2lbs can't stay with me, I'm kicking it out now ! Lol
