"Calories have averaged 1200 as they were less most of the week and a few beers on Sat at a mud run. I walk early a or go to the comunity center and use the stair stepper or eliptical when my asthma allows. Not as many days as I wanted to but breathing is a priority--like today. Will be happy to get that issue on an even keel. "
