"Next week I'll be at National Parks Hiking and fishing, so I'm bringing my reuseable water bottle and bought 2 cases of bottled water to try to get on track."

"Did Step class on Monday, Boot Camp + Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday. On Saturday did a Weight Lifting Class and on Sunday did Step Aerobics Class and Weight Lifting. So 8 Hours of Classes in 7 days. Next week there'll be no Gym, shopping, yardwork or housework to keep me busy. But I've got a Pedometer to wear. And Hiking burns 449 Calories - as much as aerobics - so with 2-3 hours of Hiking and a couple of hours of fishing I'll get in my exercise. Today I did get off to a good start with Step Aerobics and Weight Lifting plus I've got all that packing and laundry and cleaning to do for the trip."

"Recorded everything - even dusted off the food scale and kept measuring cups handy to measure what I'm eating. Also started each day by filling in what I intend to eat."
