will miss excercise again today. that makes 2 days. need to increase that. also i think i'm just eating too much fat. they are healthy fats, but i want bring that down some and want to keep an eye on the sugar, starting to creep back in. i just felt like munching last night and i had to stop. i was starting to feel out of control of the munching urges again.

EXERCISE IS THE KEY TO MY SUCCESS. When I am exercising, the "FOOD FIGHT" (or the fight keep from eating too much) is much easier for me.
