I did well last week. I lost 4.5 lbs. I'm still over where I was when I started the challenge, but I am making progress. My goal for next week is to get down to 210. That's four pounds again, but I'm up for it. I am finding that as long as I get all of my protein through my protein shakes, rather than meals, that I am less stressed about preparing dinner. I am trying to keep my calorie intake below 1100 and only take in 250-350 for dinner. So far, as long as I keep exercising, it works. I love Fatsecret...best thing I have ever found.

It's been a good week so far. I am now down below the start of my challenge weight and although I only have a few weeks left of the challenge, I am still very excited. Being part of the challenge has really helped me stay focused. I don't find the controlling my eating as hard as the keeping up with my daily exercise. They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habit, and I am one week away from forming a daily exercise habit. Feeling good, feeling strong.
