Mini Challenge - Salads for Dinner -

"Final Progress for Week 1 Mini-challenge: Salads for Dinner: at first I was going to put "fail" because I was having these great salads at lunch but then it occurred to me that my lunch is other people's dinner! I don't generally eat a formal dinner but rather snack on nuts, grains and/or fruit or a veggie sandwich. Discovered lots of new salads and dressings (lime! Fig Balsamic!). And, I lost weight! Going to continue discovering more kinds of salads, including some "warm" ones. Loving this challenge! "
