Hi, so since we are friends.. i saw you needed a little pick me up. For the sit up part of the challenge try ... http://youtu.be/3vXsoFnnNHA ...it more crunches than full sit up but it help you build on the muscles in the same areas without the stress on the body. Also give yourself a spa day...either go to one or DIY.
