I started out by working out to Tae Bo for 1 hr. Haven't done my 40 mins today yet but we'll see.

So far so good with my commitment. At least 40 mins per day for 5 days has been good. And I'm finding so many creative ways to get the exersize in. Last night my back hurt from a previous gym workout so I walked instead for an hour plus. Even did some running. Great stuff.
