Hey Mazzie.. for late night eating start by stopping to eat at least 2 hours prior to bed time. As far as exercise I walk slowly for a mile or two (start at your own pace). Any exercise is better than none

Just so all my buddies know, I only weigh in on the start of the new week, thats why it doesnt show up on the wall...GOOOO TEAMMM EVERYONE.. we can do this!

Mazzie, have fun on your vacation! But if you read this before leaving, I suggest you take a notepad with you and try to write down everything. Even if you don't enter the info later, the ACTION of writing it down is what is most important. It can really keep you on track during a holiday. Have a great time!
