Mini Challenge - Completed Week Two - GOT THE HANG OF IT AND GETTING BETTER AT IT - Successful
"I cannot even believe i made it 2 weeks. And it is 2 weeks and counting. Starting my 2nd DVD of the 6 week set today. I feel strong and I see changes in my body which is great! My weight has not changed, but I haven't been diligent with portions so I'm over in calorie count. Turning that around today."

Getting this routine down! Get up and get coffee (what else). Turn on the video. Do my 33 minute workout and then I am done before I know it. I was sore this morning. That good sore which means my body is waking up from her long sleep...I hope all my friends in the challenge have their routines and committed times for your 33 minutes. We only just started and I am very hopeful and happy.

You go girl! I just got the DVDs yesterday so started today and I was so happy I could do the whole thing! Sore already, but invigorating too Hey wherei inthe bay area are you? I'm from there

Very cool Susana! They're not that hard and I am so grateful. It's been 6 days and I already see/feel better. I am from San Jose but live in So. Cal. now. How about you? PS I LOVE BEING SORE. haha

Yep, sore! I didn't start until thurs so I'm a little off on the weekly challenge, but have done it every day and I'm very proud that I'm able to do the, and stay moving the whole 33 mins. So my weigh in is on we'd because of weight watchers, but also can tell that I feel better already! From Foster City, but moved to Elk grove 11 yrs ago (near Sacramento) Are there other people doing this challenge or just you and I?

So happy for you Susanna - i know the feeling of 1)finishing 2)stay moving 3)feeling better. Then come other results. For me today, i just noticed that my calves are smaller...that made my day! My midsection is usually the first to make me notice. but my calves? :) I can't wait to wear shorts again. In fact, that is one of my 3 weight loss goals - Wear Short Shorts. (only in my house, but still!) As far as other ladies in the challenge? Over the time I have been partof fatsecret & challenges, there are some quiet ones :) Glad there is another vocal one! Have a great day Susanna and all of our slim in 6-ers!

I weigh tomorrow, but honestly I don't think my body has changed at all yet, still 2 more days of the first week for me, so hopefully! I'm feeling it more in my legs than anywhere, was hoping it was my waist!
