A place to provide support and encouragement...

The first two days I completed several sets of pull ups, chin ups, wide space push ups, narrow space push ups, squats, and crunches. The squats and crunches totalled out at 200 each for each day the other exercises topped at 50 each. Today was a boondoggle and there is no time for more than jumping rope for 20 to 30 minutes.

Can't find my jump rope right now, so I am off to the playset for 30 minutes of body builders with alternating pull ups and chin ups ... Yaaaahhhhh, Pig!

In 30 minutes I completed 130 body builders. That exercise looks like a squat, put your hands down, kick your feet back, do a pushup, jump your feet back to your hands, stand up quick, do a pull up or chin up. Yes, 135 in 30 minutes is my new PB.

Today I wll complete 100 bodybuilders and 25 minutes of jumping rope. Then, some footwork drills. My breakfast and lunch will consist of greek yogurt, whey protein, half a serving of creatine, and crushed ice.

Getting the week started on the right foot, wooooo! Just di 20 minutes of going up and down the stairs in my 7 story building. I can do just a little more than 7 laps, but, by weeks end, I will be doing 8. There is also a large number of both push ups, pull ups, chin ups, and crunches waiting for me when I get home. There will also be jumping rope and footwork drills. It feels good to be heading in with the right plan.

Did nearly nothing. Shut the doors, pulled the blinds. Did some walking.
