I just want to say good luck to everyone in reaching your goals to a healthier life. I've never done anything like this before so, I figured by doing it this way I would have no choice but to keep on the straight path to losing weight and prayfully it stays lost. I'm about to be 40 in a couple of months and and I'm sick and tired of being down about my weight.
