Rutheran's Say "No" to Carbonated Beverages! Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Giving up diet sodas was easier than I thought, and I feel better. I looked up the dangers of artificial sweetners and it is bad on a number of levels. The most disconcerting (aside from carcinogins) is the relation to diabetes. Artificial sweetners are processed just like sugar, so causes insulin production.

Wow, giving up diet sodas really jump started my weight loss-My goal was 169 and I am now at 166. Only 20 more pounds to be in a tolerable range for my height of 5"7". Wish I had given up diet sodas and all artificial sweetners 7 months ago!
