Oops - I must have hit some button I didn't intend. I was going to say that I have exercised every day but one, this week. I'm not seeing a huge difference, so probably need to step it up a bit, but I've been encouraged because my husband has joined me on walks twice! He's been sedentary of late, so that's a very good thing!
