"I had usually 150g + of carbs per day, but that is significantly less than I used to eat. I have lost 2.5 pounds since eating less carbs, this week,starting tomorrow, its all about the protein, fat, fibre and water! I need to get more broccoli! "

"5/5 days I was over 100g, but I was eating significantly less carbs than I used to. This resulted in a loss of 2.5 pounds for me! I am going to take more care to eat a max of 100g/day of carbs by pre-planning my meals beforehand, and ensuring I have the right low-carb options available at all times. "
