"I went out for a meal on Saturday and then had knee pain problems later during the night so i didn't actually 'diet' until I started again on Monday. I have also been to my allotment on two days and did some digging to get the soil ready for the onions. Can't cope with drinking more water so can't decide what to do about that. More water makes me run to the toilet more!"
