A place to provide support and encouragement...
I am walking and during exercise 2 times a week. I am trying to eat more fruits and salads and vegetables. I need to cut back on bread and meats and try not to eat after 7pm or 8pm. I believe tlhis could be my problem. I drink plenty of water.
