I've found that if I want some candy I eat half and if I want icecream I have fat-free frozen yogurt or Skinny Cow. Sweets are a problem for me, but I can have them and stick to my diet. I am so tired of being overweight.

I don't really care for sodas. I will have one on occasion, but a good substitute is to buy limeade or lemonade or any other fruit juice and put 1/2 cup in a glass of filtered water with ice and it's very refreshing and only 80-90 calories.
