Mini Challenge - Exercise twice a day.

Mini Challenge - Do not starve yourself!
"I never skip a meal, I have a clif bar at 7am, an apple and a liter of water at 10am, a light salad lunch at 12pm, then an apple and another liter of water at 2 pm, finally another clif bar at 5pm which is dinner i guess. Althroughout the day i'm drinking water so i'm pretty full. I have plenty of energy and i snack several times throughout the day by eating apples and oranges (maybe 2-4 fruits a day between my above mentioned meal schedule). I'm averaging 2-4 pounds a week. "

Mini Challenge - Be honest with yourself.
"I do not record what I eat, but i remember everything I eat so I know how many calories I have left in the day. I'm trying to create a 600-1000 calorie deficit everyday. So if I eat 1200 calories a day (so easy if you eat salads and fruits) and i dont go to the gym, then i'm still at a deficit since average man burns 2000 calories a day just by living and breathing, if I go to the gym, i eat even more because otherwise my body would shut down. "
