A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
I have been active at least 30 minutes each day.... but I don't know if next week I can do as much as last week. I hurt my back and my car is in the shop so I don't know when I'll be back in the gym. I just can't get as good a workout walking as on the elliptical... my knees hurt, my feet hurt..... :)
