"Missed one meal, but was under in calories for the day and had an ice cream. Had a cheat day, went way over in calories for lunch and dinner(high calorie meals) and decided to have a few chocolate Bliss candies and a honey biscuit."

"6 days of hard work, I did it. This is really difficult for me considering I never workout this many times in a week. But it feels great and I am going to complete this challenge."

"Staying on track! Going over caloric regimen by 70-90 calories, but thats burned off easy with workout-balance. Exercising 6 days a week; doing abs, walking or cardio and arms, plus stretching-loving the commitment. Feels great! Eating healthier than I ever have and enjoying foods rich in flavor and full of nutrients and vitamins. "

"Not giving up and being nice to myself when I go over in calories. I have been a little over in my caloric regimen, but it balances with the amount of calories burned with exercising. I am at 1/2 of what I used to eat, which is amazing. I was eating 3000 calories a day. Down to 1720 most days! Great!"

"As hard as it is to add the little things, I have been faithful to this-even on my cheat meal day! It hurts to see how unforgiving the calories are, but it helps me to see the huge differance taking care of myself makes. I am grateful to have applied this step in my life and to have joined this challenge. I thought I wouldn't be able to do that, but it has grown on me! Yeh!"

Last night fell into a upside down pinapple cake! I regret it but have decided I am not going to fall again today. Is the challenge connected to our fat secret? Why doesn't it adjust information from database to challenge? Just wondering, honesty is accountability. I'm not going to lie to myself. P.S. doesn't feel good to cheat on regimen!

3 days into the new week and now I am regretting eah challenge insert! I am going on about how good I am doing during the week and then that late night cravings kicks me and I hurry to ease the pain! I am not a success because it makes me feel yucky and guilty! But I will be a sucess!

I am doing pretty good. I have been for the most part eating healthy and not over doing my calories. Although for the last couple of days I haven't been at my caloric regimen amount, a little over. I am keeping track of everything I eat and that is really helping me stay accountalbe.I am however working out 6 days a week-what an accomplishment! Changing it up this week, doing full pilates aerobics, which I am feeling the burn from today. Tomorrow I am going to change it up and walk the tread, do arms and abs!

I am very proud of myself because when I fail, my mind drifts off to that horrible you already went over so just go ahead and have what you want-even if its ten times worse than the little calorie overage.I am on a 1720 caloric regimen for my weight and height. I have been over by 70-100 for 2 days nows, but not ruining it for myself. Just a little hiccup. I will do better tomorrow and I really am still under considering the excercise I am doing. Yeh!
