This is when I started my diet 2 months ago, this is also where I am still at today. Time to get some help, support, or someone to answer to.

Hi, my name is Kim. I am 46 year old mom of 5 grown children. I have had been overweight most of my
adult life and most of my childhood. I recently made up
my mind to loose weight and set a lifetime goal. I weighed about 245. 250 in 2009 before loosing my brother and
my son. I started seriously eating alot healthier in 2010.
Slowly I have lost about 49 lbs with over 50 to go. I stay
focused and yes I cheat. I work a full time job. You can do
this and so can I. will you be my friend ? I will write you and do all I can to help you stay focused on your goal.
Best wishes , Kim ps. Write back soon.

Hi Kim my name is Karen but most my friends call me Dilly, a nick name my husband gave me not long after we married. Sorry it has taken so long to answer back, im not the brightest when it comes figuring computer stuff out lol.
I would be honored to be your fs buddy. Let me tell you about me: Im 48 about to be 49 in a few weeks, I have 3 grown children, 30 (Kenny), 25 (Amber), & 21 (Allen), & a beautiful granddaughter (Abrayah) who will be 7 this Sat.
I use to have a very active job then injured my back @ work & was not able togo the physical part any more. Needless o say I was not jable to keep that job. I found a job sitting at a desk all day but reinjured my back about about a yr later then had to have surgery. I used that as an excuse to not try alot of physical activity, not wanting to reinjure myself again,
That is when the weight really piled on. My lowest point was when I hit 305 lbs. After watching the show The Biggest Loser foe a couple seasons I bought one of the workout videos, my husband got me the game for the WII. That started things going in the right direction. Then we ordered the 6 w
eek body make over, the meal plan in that was awesome for me. I lost down to 243 lbs in 5 to 6 months. Then the unthinkable. Dr. Found cancer. Had to have another major surgery, no exercise or any thing to cause strain on my body for 10 weeks. That has now taken me back uo to 265 to 270 depending on the day.
I have had a couple of coworkers want to lose weight with a partner but they never follow thru. Now here I am again on my own with this battle.
I have started the diet plan again & the biggest loser WII workouts but its just not coming off this time like it did before. I've been told that it gets harder after every surgery, dont know how true that is but it seems to be proving so.
Tell me more about yourself & lets see if we can do this together, & thanks for responding to me
Dilly
