Creating your challenge

Challenges are for members who want to participate in competitions with other members (usually about weight loss) for a specific period of time, like 4 weeks. A challenge has a fixed start and end date and you can nominate the number of periods in the challenge that participants need to record their results. Challenges can be made up of individual members or teams, which allows you to allocate members to a team and see how each team as well as each participant is performing. You can also create mini-challenges for specific periods during the Challenge.

It will only take a couple of minutes to create your Challenge and then as the owner/administrator you'll be able to recruit participants and manage the Challenge. You might want to take a look at the Challenge Creation Guidelines before you get started for some helpful tips.

What sort of challenge would you like to create?

Public

A public challenge is open to all members to join in. As a public challenge, it is listed in the challenge directory and people can search for it. You set up the parameters and the duration of the challenge and then it is open for all to join in.

Invitation Only

An invitation only challenge is a good place to connect with other members in private. As a private challenge is not listed in the challenge directory and people can't search for it, you'll need to let others know about the group if you would like them to join.
