Lunch:  Eat Smart Broccoli & Cauliflower. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Steamfresh Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  365 Chia Seed, Almonds, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey, Flaxseed Seeds, Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Kroger Baby Carrots.
