Fat: 32.88g | Prot: 58.63g | Carb: 263.21g.   Breakfast: raisin bran crunch cereal, skim milk. Lunch: green beans, smart one salsberry steak. Dinner: collard greens, Hamburger Helper - Crunchy Taco. Snacks/Other: apple, baby carrots, dannon pure blueberry yogurt , roasted garlic hummus.
