Fat: 1.92g | Prot: 39.16g | Carb: 113.51g.   Breakfast: coffee, light n fit , PlumSmart Light Juice. Lunch: chunk light tuna in water (can), mini sweet bell peppers. Dinner:  squash. Snacks/Other: ice tea , snack pack pudding (chocolate)fat free, White Cheddar Popped Corn Rice Cakes.
