Fat: 53.11g | Prot: 88.84g | Carb: 211.90g.   Breakfast: egg, egg white, kirkland multigrain rounds. Lunch: celery, hellman's light mayonnaise, kirkland tuna, light english muffin, sweet pickle relish. Dinner: bush's baked beans, hebrew national hot dog, hot dog bun. Snacks/Other: brownie, mcdonald's ice cream cone, quaker popcorn cakes.
