Lunch: Cashew Nuts, Chicken Breast Kebabs, Ciabatta, Microwave Popcorn Salted, Oil Roasted Mixed Nuts (with Peanuts, with Salt Added). Dinner: Chilli Pickle, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Roti, Tadka Daal, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other: Date.
