Fat: 84.69g | Prot: 45.76g | Carb: 233.03g.   Breakfast: brown sugar, chopped walnuts, coconut oil, fresh fruit salad, oatmeal, tea, whole milk. Lunch: baked beans, brown rice, Coldstone hot chocolate, fresh pineapple. Dinner: carrots, celery, Fritos corn chips, Hebrew National hot dog, potatoes. Snacks/Other: 85% dark chocolate, decaf coffee, half & half, heavy whipped cream.
