Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Baileys Coffee Creamer - Toffee Almond Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Ritz Toasted Chips - Main Street Original, Valley Fresh 100% Natural Canned Chicken Breast in Water. Snacks/Other:  Spangler Dum Dum Pops, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Blackberry.
