Breakfast: 3-2-1 Banana. Lunch: carrot, cherry tomatoes, coke zero, cucumber, lettuce, pickle, spinach. Dinner: Avocados, Boiled Egg, Couscous (Cooked), Mayonnaise, Ratatouille, Red Table Wine, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken. Snacks/Other: 3-2-1 Banana.
