Fat: 110.35g | Prot: 121.07g | Carb: 297.61g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, brummel, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), honey, natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread oroweat. Lunch: black beans, brown rice, cheddar cheese, onion, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: 12" Sausage Buffet Pizza, cici's, cici's, cici's, cici's thin crust, ranch dressing, red wine, side salad. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookie, coffee, costco, international delight, Mini Banana Nut Muffins.
