Lunch: black beans, brown rice, cheddar cheese, onion, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: 12" Sausage Buffet Pizza, cici's, cici's, cici's, cici's thin crust, ranch dressing, red wine, side salad. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookie, coffee, costco, international delight, Mini Banana Nut Muffins.
