Fat: 69.22g | Prot: 138.32g | Carb: 101.19g.   Breakfast: colby/jack cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, mushroom, sugar, Whole Milk. Lunch: snapper, tomato and cucumber, whole wheat pita bread. Dinner: cooked chicken breast, lettuce salad. Snacks/Other: cashew nuts, chapati, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), walnut, whole milk.
