Fat: 56.13g | Prot: 82.21g | Carb: 124.01g.   Breakfast: Chicken apple sausage, strawberries. Lunch: cabbage, chicken breast, chickpea, fennel seeds, palak paneer, sugar in the raw, tea, tikka masala, white rice, whole milk, whole milk yogurt. Dinner: green bell pepper, kalamata olives, mushrooms, Newman's Own pepperoni pizza. Snacks/Other: hazelnuts.
