Lunch:  Pita Bread, Potato Chips (Reduced Fat), StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna, water. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Black Beans (Canned), fish oil carlson, Freshlike Petite Sweet Peas, Juanita's Foods Tortilla Chips, Mixed Salad Greens, pinot noir, tomato, Water, Yellow Sweet Corn, Young Green Onions.
