Lunch: broccoli, carrot, chicken breast boneless skinless, lipton iced tea, peppers, rice, salad roll, spring roll. Dinner: Artisan Style Tortillas - Ancient Grains, capicola, havarti, mayo, Milk (Nonfat), mustard, spinach.
