Lunch: mashed potatoes, miso soup, spicy salmon roll, steak roasted. Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry, Footlong Turkey Breast. Snacks/Other: 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, banana, Dibs Vanilla with Nestle Drumstick Coating, kashi golean cereal, milk nonfat, Pineapple Coconut Juice, strawberries.
