Fat: 12.97g | Prot: 74.12g | Carb: 322.64g.   Breakfast:  alpro soya milk light, banana, flaxseed seed, Golden Raisins (Seedless), oats, sugar. Lunch:  100% Rye Bread, Baked Beans . Dinner:  Kidney Beans (Canned), Lentil Soup with Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bran Loaf, Golden Delicious Apples, Sugar free cookies.
