Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Hamburger Rolls. Snacks/Other: Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Craisins, Dark Almond Promises Chocolate, Light Lime Vinaigrette, Margarita Mix, Pecan Nuts.
