Fat: 38.31g | Prot: 69.28g | Carb: 291.85g.   Breakfast: 8th continent soymilk, apple, blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , go lean crunch, Granulated Sugar , skim milk. Lunch: celery, freihofer's split top heat, hard boiled egg, hard boiled egg white, mt. olive jalapeno, spicy mustard. Dinner: balsamic vinegar, freihofer's split top bread, kikkoman light teriyaki, nasoya firm tofu, normandy style vegetables. Snacks/Other: Almond Joy Pieces, almonds, blueberries, dried apricots, fat free plain yogurt, grape tomatoes, orange, red grapes.
