No weight loss but again it's the change from fat to lean mass, and all my clothes continue to get looser, therefore a thumbs up!

Breakfast: butter, granary bread, ham slice, tea with milk. Lunch: banana, ham sandwich, mixed salad, oil. Dinner: noodles, stir fry. Snacks/Other: sunbites.
