Fat: 62.50g | Prot: 68.41g | Carb: 134.87g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, margarine land o lakes. Lunch: Chicken Thigh, reduced fat feta cheese, Sweet Red Peppers , Tomatoes, winter squash. Dinner: Beef Steak, green beans, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other: Almonds, multi grain cheerios, raisins, Sliced Yellow Cling Peaches in 100% Juice, weight watchers cheese sticks.
