Fat: 92.78g | Prot: 85.96g | Carb: 321.31g.   Breakfast: blueberries, nutri grain bar, raisins, rolled oats, Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned), yogurt. Lunch: cheese, tapioca, Wendys salad, whole wheat bread. Dinner: gai lan, oyster sauce, red wine, tofu firm. Snacks/Other: asparagus pickled, big turk, ice cream, mixed lettuce, oatmeal cookie, peanut butter bar, stella beer, timbit.
