Lunch: 100% whey protien, Lentil Soup, Rolled Oats & Peanut Butter. Dinner: Broccoli, Ground beef patties 96/4, Light Havarti Cheese, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: 100 Calorie 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bars, Cashews, lasagna, Shortbread Cookies.
